Frame Drum
The Ewe (eh-way) frame drum originates in Northern Africa, is part of
the Tar drum family, and is often referred to as the Tambaline. This drum
is traditionally played in a large ensemble consisting of many sizes and
varieties of frame drums. They are covered by our warranty,
and feature:
- individual inspection and testing - we won't sell it if it doesn't
sound good
- hand-crafted workmanship on durable frame
- tuneable goat skin head
- two tuning wedges per drum
- basic playing and care instructions, and history
included
