Dunun Fingergrip Mallet
Some drummers prefer
a longer, untapered mallet with finger notches for orientation and grip.
This beater is made by us locally to feature rounded tips, finger grips at each
end, with a smooth, stained finish. An ideal stick for the kenkeni, the smallest drum in the dunun family. This straight dunun mallet is covered by our warranty, and is available in one size.
NOTE: Beaters should never be used on high tension drums with thinner animal skins. This includes most djembes, ashikos, doumbeks, etc. If you are not sure whether mallet use is appropriate for your particular drum, contact us and we'll try to help.
