UPS Ground to Eastern US: Ship by Dec. 14
UPS Ground to Western US: Ship by Dec. 17
UPS 3-Day Select: Ship by Dec 19
UPS 2nd Day Air: Ship by Dec. 20
UPS Next Day Air: Ship by Dec. 21

US Postal Service First Class: Ship by Dec 14
US Postal Service Priority Mail: Ship by Dec 17

The only on-time shipping guarantees offered by UPS are 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Shipping guarantee means you get a refund on the cost of shipping if package is delivered late. All other options for UPS and USPS are very likely to arrive on time if shipped by above dates, but are not guaranteed.
