ABOUT THE drum backpack

This page contains information about the Irie Tones drum backpack. If you need clarification or have something you feel would be useful to add, please contact us. We'd be happy to help!

How To Use Your Drum Backpack

Your stylish drum backpack is designed to protect your drum and facilitate mobility. When your drum is not being played we recommend keeping it in the bag. When transporting your drum you'll want to keep it in the bag, and even wrap it in a blanket if you'll be travelling over bumpy roads. When wearing the drum in the backpack avoid running or jogging, and make sure the lid is zipped. Using the tie ropes will help secure your drum in the bag. You should not jerk the straps with the drum in the bag - larger drums can weight up to 30 lbs. and wear on the strap joints when treated roughly.

How To Care for and Maintain Your Drum Backpack

  • Exposure - Avoid exposing your bag to rain, snow, direct sunlight, or extremely dusty, dirty environments.
  • Cleaning - Your drum backpack may be cleaned with a damp cloth, but don’t apply cleansing agents or other cleaning tools. The bag is not machine washable.
